Game Over is a streetwear brand that merges 90s gaming culture with contemporary fashion. Founded by me - a lifelong gamer, I wanted the brand to capture the nostalgia of late-night gaming sessions and cartridge-blowing rituals. My task was to design a bold visual identity that balanced retro gaming aesthetics with modern streetwear, creating a cohesive and versatile brand that resonated with both gamers and fashion enthusiasts.

I developed a distinctive logo and mascot - the Game Over Ghost, inspired by classic 90s game characters but designed to be unique and instantly recognisable. The typography blended bold, blocky letterforms with subtle pixel details, while a bold colour palette reinforced the gaming theme. The brand identity extended across apparel, packaging, and digital assets, creating a consistent and engaging visual experience.

Game Over was a passion project, where I was able to explore and build on my skills in branding, typography, and visual storytelling. Being able to direct the design of the brand provided me with an artistic and explorative experience, which has worked to enhance my design abilities across all areas. Game Over for me is representative of my own personal design preferences, building narratives within design and creating an immersive and dynamic experience for the audience.
